In April 2022, in Haikou, Xu Ningning, Chairman of the RCEP Industry Cooperation Committee and Executive President of the China-ASEAN Business Council, met with the deputy director of the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce discussed topics such as economic and trade cooperation between Hainan and ASEAN, and seizing the opportunities of RCEP.
